Sr. Data Analyst Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that drive business strategies.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations.

• Optimize existing strategies using actionable insights from data analysis.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through effective data management practices.

• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in clear and concise formats.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

• Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization platforms.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and data manipulation techniques.

• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
