Influencer Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to amplify brand reach and engagement.

• Identify and build partnerships with influencers across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand values and goals.

• Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and monitor influencer collaborations.

• Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

• Coordinate with internal teams to integrate influencer efforts into overall marketing strategies.

• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

• Manage budgets and ensure the delivery of measurable ROI from campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 6 years of proven experience as an Influencer Marketing Manager or similar role.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to analyze campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions.

• Experience with influencer marketing tools is a plus.

• Creative mindset with a passion for building brand connections.
